The Humerus Locking Plating System is intended for fractures and fracture dislocations, osteotomies, and non-unions of the proximal humerus.
The Alians Proximal Humerus range offers implants that are specifically designed to stabilize fractures of the humeral head. The plate is available in 6 different sizes to treat a wide spectrum of distal-related fractures.
A complete solution for managing
proximal humerus fractures.
ALIANS PROXIMAL HUMERUS PLATES

A range of implants and instrumentation designed to reduce simple and complex fractures of the proximal humerus:
- There are six lengths of asymmetrical plates; the two longest are only available in sterile version on request.
- The plate is designed to be positioned along the bicipital groove and 15 mm from the proximal edge of the greater tuberosity.
- The plates are profiled to match the anatomical slope of the proximal humerus.
- The orientation of the proximal screws allows an optimized positioning and construct in the humeral head (monoaxial locking screws targeting the inferior quadrants and polyaxial locking screws). The three polyaxial locking screws give these plates the advantage of treating several types of fracture.
- Each plate features suture holes designed for use before or after reduction, allowing tuberosities to be stabilized by fixing the plate to the rotator cuff.
- The blunt-tipped screws are used to be as close as possible to the articular surface.
- The oblong hole allows the adjustment of the plate height.

Why choose the Alians Proximal Humerus range?
- A simple range : one design, six sizes, one screw diameter and a single instrumentation
- Anatomical plates (right & left)
- Blunt-tipped screws to be as close as possible to the articular surface
- 3 polyaxial screws (25°) for reducing complex fractures
- Proximal divergent screws for an optimized construct
- Suture holes for tuberosity stabilization
