By combining the implant offering of the Alians Clavicle S range with its expertise in sterile single-use kits, Newclip Technics presents INITIAL C a solution designed to effectively address the various types of clavicle fractures encountered.
A single plate model, along with screws and the associated instrumentation, are brought together in a ready-to-use kit. This enables surgeons and other healthcare professionals to reduce the time required to manage cases. As a result, patient turnover in the operating room becomes more efficient, contributing to better use of surgical resources.
INITIAL C is available in 16 kits, covering various plate models for middle and lateral third fractures, offering a comprehensive treatment solution.

The INITIAL C kits are composed of implants and instrumentation for clavicle fractures. Each kit includes one plate size, screws (locked and non-locked), a quick-connect drill bit, a screwdriver, a length gauge, a threaded guide gauge, a handle for the guide gauge, and guidewires.

• Asymmetrical plates (formable or not) dedicated to middle-third fractures
• Asymmetrical plates (non-formable) dedicated to lateral-middle-third fractures
• Asymmetrical plates (formable or not) dedicated to lateral-third fractures

• Middle-third plate kits, size 2, asymmetrical, for right and left sides
• Formable middle-third plate kits, available in size 1 and 2, asymmetrical, for right and left sides
These plates feature:
• Oblong holes for Ø3.5 mm non-locking screws
• Holes for Ø3.5 mm locking and non-locking screws
For superior approach osteosynthesis of lateral-middle-third fractures, INITIAL C offers 4 kits:
• Lateral-middle-third plate kits, available in size 1 and 2, asymmetrical, for right and left sides
