What are the different recruitment steps ?

STEP 1 :
Receipt and analysis of your application

The recruitment team will review your application to see if your experience fits the position. Don’t hesitate to send a cover letter to outline your motivations.

STEP 2 :
Phone pre-qualification

During this short call with our recruitment manager, you will have the opportunity to present your career path and your professional plans. This initial call is an opportunity for you to further emphasize your motivations.

STEP 3 :
1st interview with the manager and someone from the department

The interview give you the chance to highlight the professional skills you have acquired to date. This interview will also be an opportunity to learn more about the company, its missions, and your potential future team.

STEP 4 :
2nd interview (optional)

This optional second interview gives you the opportunity to meet the boss of your future boss.

STEP 5 :
Feedback on your application

Regardless of the outcome of your application, the recruitment department will provide you with feedback by email if we have never spoken or by phone if we have been in contact by phone or in an interview.

STEP 6 :
On-boarding

Welcome to Newclip! You will take part in our on-boarding week to learn more about the company, its projects, and all the professions that contribute to our growth. Your department will also be preparing for your arrival to facilitate your learning curve.
